The group was founded by Lama Dvora-hla and her students in order to deliver to the Israeli audience teachings and practices based on deep and authentic wisdom from the Asian classics and Tibetan Buddhism.
Our programs are offered free of charge, in Hebrew, and are open to everyone who is interested.
The teachings are presented in a way that is immediately relevant to the students’ daily reality, while being deeply rooted in classical Buddhist scriptures. The teachings are intended to contribute to our happiness and to the happiness of others, through a personal experience of the world-view of Mahayana dharma. Their ultimate goal is to lead us to enlightenment, and they are structured to provide a solid foundation for the practice of Buddhist Tantra. This foundation is essential for success in this rapid and magnificent path to enlightenment.
It is extremely rare in this world to meet original dharma teachings which come from a pure and authentic tradition, that are delivered through a spiritual lineage of highly accomplished teachers. We are grateful for the opportunity to receive those teaching, and for the possibilities that these teachings hold for us.
The teachings are authentic and are mostly based on courses of The Asian Classics Institute, ACI, founded by Geshe Michael Roach, as well as courses given by the teachers at Diamond Mountain University, a Buddhist university located in Arizona, USA, and Lama Dvora-hla’s various teachers – including Khen Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tarchin who was the abbot at Sera Mey monastery, Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie Mcnally, Lama Art Angel, Lama Zopa Rinpoche and other teachers.
Lama Dvora-hla has dedicated more than fifteen years to translating, teaching and editing the study program of Buddhist Classics Studies and Practice. The teachings she has given in the various courses and workshops have been recorded, edited and transcribed for the convenience of every practitioner who desires to go deeper into this wisdom and implement it in his life. The teachings are presented openly and are available to all, free of charge, with no obligation, at www.heart-dhrama.org.il.
