MILI was founded after several years during which Tibetan Heart Yoga had been taught in Israel, under the wonderful guidance of dear Lama Dvora-hla, receiving positive feedback from its practitioners.
The series of Tibetan Heart Yoga have all been composed by Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally, teachers of great spiritual achievements who have also implemented these in their practice – within a retreat and outside of it.
The series are all based on authentic, ancient traditions which were gathered by ancient enlightened masters throughout the times and are aimed at leading to rapid and successful opening of our inner energetic body, thus bringing us to complete, sustainable happiness.
The studies of Philosophy of Yoga delivered by MILI are based on examined ancient traditions and are accompanied by the magnificent interpretation and deep realizations of Geshe Michel and Lama Christie.
The teachings are given in Hebrew, using the translation provided by Lama Dvora-hla in an attempt to facilitate the understating of these important scriptures. The teachings provide an essential, significant dimension to the practice of the Asanas, a dimension which transforms the practice into a complete spiritual path.
MILI’s vision:
- MILI was founded as a means to promote harmony and love in our world, through cultivating honest care and concern about the other’s happiness.
- MILI will support the promulgation of the teachings of Tibetan Heart Yoga and Yoga Classics, as given in Israel by Lama Dvora-hla, teachings that were given to her by her precious teachers – Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally.
- MILI’s activity comes from great appreciation and cherishment of Lama Dvora-hla‘s strenuous efforts to translate, edit and teach Tibetan Heart Yoga in Israel, with proficiency and expertise, many times while making a personal sacrifice and great efforts.
- The MILI committee and its teachers are committed to fulfilling Lama Dvora-hla‘s sublime mission in Israel.
